We Are A Finalist At The Consumer Credit Awards

Thank you to everyone who has voted for Penny Post in the Consumer Credit Awards so far! We’re excited to announce that we are a finalist in not one but two categories! The Best Credit Union (South) category and the Customer Service Champion category!

To win we need one final push! The Consumer Credit Awards are voted-for entirely by UK customers, not industrial experts, so we need your help!

Being finalist is a great honour, especially as the awards are voted-for entirely by UK customers. We were thrilled to be nominated for these prestigious awards in June, and making the final is fantastic! Our members are our customers and are at the heart of everything we do. Wherever possible we aim to go above and beyond for our customers; from helping a member stranded in Asia to helping with funeral costs, we are here to help members in every situation life throws at them!
