In light of the ongoing situation relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure you that we have plans in place to provide full services to members over the following weeks, online or by telephone.

Online Banking

Any members not registered for Online Banking should consider doing so now. Using Online Banking means you can check your balance, request withdrawals, apply for loans and manage your account anytime from your smartphone, computer, tablet or other device. 
It only takes a few minutes to register for the service online or you can do so by calling our Customer Services team. If you’ve forgotten your PIN number, you can request a new one here, or by calling our Customer Services team.

Nivo App

The best way to communicate with us is through Nivo – the secure, quick and easy way to chat with members during office hours.
Nivo is a secure instant messaging app, rather like WhatsApp. Being secure, you can safely share personal information, discuss your finances, complete identity checks and send us photos of payslips and bank statements through Nivo. It is the fastest and most convenient way for members to talk to the Penny Post team securely, about anything, from anywhere!
Nivo is available to download for free. It’s easy to get started, and our Customer Services Team are on hand to help with any queries.

Annual General Meeting postponed

In accordance with the latest Government advice around tackling the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) the Board have taken the decision to postpone the Penny Post Annual General Meeting planned for Sunday 29th March 2020. We will advise members when we have any further information.

Interim Dividend payment

After consultation with the Regulator and our Auditors, the Board are pleased to announce that members will receive an interim dividend payment, as proposed. This is 2.15% for Regular Saving accounts, 2.65% for the Plus Account & 3.15%for the Christmas AccountThe interim dividend will be credited to members’ accounts by the end of March.

NWMMC Counter Service

As a precaution to protect staff and members, the NWMMC Counter Service is closed until further notice.

Stay alert

Unfortunately, fraudsters may try to take advantage of the current situation, so make sure you’re on the lookout for anything suspicious, including messages about Coronavirus claiming to be from your bank or Penny Post. Remember, we’ll never ask you for your PIN or password or ask you to move money from your accounts.
