Members are invited to attend a Special General Meeting at 10.30am on Sunday 7th November 2021 to discuss and vote on a proposed change to our Rule Book.
In accordance with our rules and those of the Financial Conduct Authority, there will be 2 items of business, namely:-
- To vote on the proposed change of common bond
- To accept a Transfer of Engagements from Voyager Alliance Credit Union

We will once again be using the GoTo Webinar platform for the virtual SGM, hosted by ABCUL, the Association of British Credit Unions. ABCUL will manage the Webinar, as they have done for many other credit unions across the UK. There is no cost to take part, and the SGM will last approximately one hour.
