Posted on Feb 03, 2022What a great morning! The first joint meeting of our Wolverhampton and Manchester office Teams with almost everyone present!
Now Voyager Alliance and Retail CU are officially part of Penny Post Group, we have a larger Team here to help members! The Penny Post Team based at the Wolverhampton office will continue to focus on serving Penny Post members, whilst the Team in Manchester will be serving Voyager Alliance and Retail CU members.
At this morning’s meeting, everyone had an opportunity to introduce themselves, and put faces to names!
Over the coming months, we will be working together to grow membership, invest in our Team and technology, and further improve the overall service to all our loyal members.
This is a great opportunity for the Team and the combined membership of Voyager Alliance, Retail and Penny Post and we’re all looking forward to a bright future!
