Success at the In-Comm Awards!

During the celebrations in June, we had a standout moment when Caitlin, a stellar member of our Customer Service Team, was crowned the Business Support Learner of the Year 2024! This award shines a spotlight on exceptional vocational learners in the Midlands, and Caitlin’s remarkable achievements truly deserve this recognition.
Caitlin has recently completed her apprenticeship with flying colors and is now a permanent, invaluable member of our team. Her journey from apprentice to award-winner is a true testament to her hard work and dedication, and we couldn’t be prouder of her! Well done Caitlin on your win!
Adding to our excitement, The Penny Post Group was also a finalist in the highly competitive SME Employer of the Year category, and we are delighted to share that we were awarded Highly Commended!
Our commitment to our apprentices has been marked by numerous awards, including the National Apprenticeship Awards and being awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the West Midlands Region for the past four years. Just last year, we proudly took home the Apprenticeship Champion Award and the Black Country Ladder Awards for Small Employer.
It was fantastic to celebrate the vibrant contributions our apprentices have made to Penny Post. Their fresh ideas are invaluable, and we are proud that each one of our apprentices has stayed with us in a permanent role after completing their courses.
