Spring Bank Holiday
Posted on May 19, 2023The Penny Post office will be closed on Monday 29th May 2023 for the Spring Bank Holiday.
Online Banking and the Penny Post App will be available 24/7 over the Bank Holiday weekend for members to check balances, request withdrawals or transfer funds between Penny Post accounts, but transaction requests, membership and loan applications will not be processed until Tuesday.
The Customer Service Team will be answering calls and helping members from 9.30am on the Tuesday morning.
Bank Holiday Loans
If you are planning a home or garden project over the Bank Holiday weekend, remember a Penny Post loan could lend a hand.
For a loan decision, and funds if approved, before the weekend, please ensure your completed loan application and all supporting documents are with the Penny Post team by end of day on Thursday 25th May.
We will continue to accept and process applications after the Thursday deadline, but cannot guarantee that if approved, funds will be available before the weekend.
