We are pleased to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting at 10.30am on Sunday 30th January 2022. Due to the ongoing pandemic, this will once again be a virtual online meeting. If you would like to attend, please click here to reserve a place no later than Friday 28th January.
Our AGM is your opportunity to have your say as a shareholder of Penny Post Credit Union and hear what we’ve achieved over the last financial year, from 1st October 2020 to 30th September 2021.
You will have the opportunity to –
- Hear reports from our President & CEO about our achievements
- Vote on the proposed 1.55% dividend
- Elect the Board of Directors
- Have your say on credit union matters
All members attending the AGM will receive a free Goody Box* and will also be entered into our AGM Prize Draw, with one lucky member winning a £100 Gift Card.
Once again we will be using the GoToWebinar platform for the virtual AGM, hosted by ABCUL, the Association of British Credit Unions. ABCUL will manage the Webinar, as they have done for many other credit unions across the UK. There is no cost to take part, and the AGM will last approximately one hour.

Simply enter your First Name, Last Name, Email & Penny Post Membership Number, then press the blue ‘Register’ button. You will receive a confirmation email immediately, from Jackie Littlewood at ABCUL, with a link to join the meeting.
All members registered will receive a meeting link ahead of the meeting, along with a link to supporting documents including our Annual Report.
